- What is going well for you right now? Maintaining the weight I've lost so far
- Where do you need to improve? I need to get back to exercising and eating right with the intensity I had when I started
- What new recipe do you want to try this week? Something with the pattypan squash I have. (Suggestions are welcome!)
- What was your favorite new food find or recipe from last week? I ended up being really sick last week, so sadly, I didn't cook much.
- What is your general weight trend right now? I've been holding pretty constant, and luckily that is where I was at before I started slacking off...
- How do you feel about your weight loss efforts? Overall, I feel great about my progress so far, but I'm feeling entirely unmotivated lately.
- What is your weight loss goal for next week? Start working harder on achieving my next 5-pound goal. I only have 3 pounds to go!
- What two weight-loss behavior goals do you plan to give 100% to this week? Eating the right things, and working out everyday
- What do you fear most about trying to get group support? Not actually getting any.
- What can other people give you that would be truly helpful? Unsolicited recognition of my accomplishments so far. (i.e. Have you lost weight?)

Self-reflection
Well, I'm going to try out this virtual weight loss meeting thing. It sounds pretty cool, and may be the motivation I need to get back on track with my blogging (and overall ambition)
