Self-reflection

Well, I'm going to try out this virtual weight loss meeting thing. It sounds pretty cool, and may be the motivation I need to get back on track with my blogging (and overall ambition)
  1. What is going well for you right now? Maintaining the weight I've lost so far
  2. Where do you need to improve? I need to get back to exercising and eating right with the intensity I had when I started
  3. What new recipe do you want to try this week? Something with the pattypan squash I have. (Suggestions are welcome!)
  4. What was your favorite new food find or recipe from last week? I ended up being really sick last week, so sadly, I didn't cook much.
  5. What is your general weight trend right now? I've been holding pretty constant, and luckily that is where I was at before I started slacking off...
  6. How do you feel about your weight loss efforts? Overall, I feel great about my progress so far, but I'm feeling entirely unmotivated lately.
  7. What is your weight loss goal for next week? Start working harder on achieving my next 5-pound goal. I only have 3 pounds to go!
  8. What two weight-loss behavior goals do you plan to give 100% to this week? Eating the right things, and working out everyday
  9. What do you fear most about trying to get group support? Not actually getting any.
  10. What can other people give you that would be truly helpful? Unsolicited recognition of my accomplishments so far. (i.e. Have you lost weight?)
