Here's an article I found. I had read one a while back about how your mind is your worst enemy when it comes to exercise, and by thinking you can't, you won't be able to. Since then, I've been trying to keep that in mind and stick to that theory, which I believe really helps. This one covers a few of the threatening thoughts and what they should be replaced with.
